- Lead or contribute to sourcing, insourcing, and outsourcing projects for raw materials and finished goods
- Manage cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and ensure stakeholder alignment on project deliverables and timelines
- Conduct statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for manufacturing processes
- Design and implement control systems and validation plans to ensure product quality and equivalency
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships for reliable material sourcing across Americas and EMEA regions
