Role summary
Technical Customer Service Representative will manage service and repair orders, process service agreements, and handle customer service requests for medical equipment. The role involves coordinating across internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle CRM or similar CRM applications

- Field Service organization experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Process and manage service agreements for point-of-sale, after-sale, and renewal contracts
- Receive, enter, and track customer service orders via phone, fax, mail, or electronic submission
- Manage service order cycle from entry through shipping, invoicing, and customer confirmation
- Coordinate with sales, shipping, and other departments to resolve order issues and expedite deliveries
- Maintain customer accounts and monitor service contract dashboards for accuracy and compliance
Compensation$20.24 - $27.36 USD Hourly
