Role summary

What you'll be doing

Install Globus Medical products on-site at hospital customer locations per official procedures
Perform site acceptance testing and demonstrate system functionality to customers
Diagnose and resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, repair, and replacement
Conduct preventative maintenance and product upgrades at existing customer facilities
Document customer feedback, visits, test results, and RMA processing per company procedures
