Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Manage customer projects from initial scope definition through final reporting and follow-up
- Serve as primary customer contact while coordinating with internal scientists, engineers, and partner laboratories
- Define project scope, deliverables, testing requirements, and timelines with Sales and technical teams
- Review and interpret analytical data for accuracy and relevance to original customer objectives
- Prepare consolidated reports and presentations explaining technical findings and results
