Role summary

Medtronic seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional data enablement initiatives across surgical capital products. Ability to translate business, clinical, and end-user needs into documented technical requirements and roadmaps
Experience in medical device development or regulated product environments preferred
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and EHR/EMR systems preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead cross-functional data enablement programs owning scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and executive reporting
Identify, evaluate, and manage internal and external partners for data, connectivity, and cloud services
Define ENT data strategy and translate into actionable program roadmaps and prioritized backlogs
Ensure programs meet Medtronic quality, regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements
Guide project teams through data architecture trade-offs including latency, security, and bandwidth in operating room settings
