Role summary

Staff-level Cloud DevSecOps Engineer responsible for maintaining secure, reliable multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. The role bridges engineering, product, and compliance teams to optimize performance, reduce costs, and ensure SOC 2 compliance through automation and observability.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years professional experience in cloud operations, SRE, or DevOps
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
Experience deploying and supporting monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, New Relic)
Experience with enterprise IAM, workload identity, and Terraform
AWS SysOps Administrator, Google Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Azure Administrator certification (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Design and maintain secure cloud foundations including landing zones, IAM controls, and secrets management
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation
Implement cloud security guardrails, policy-as-code, and compliance controls including WAF and least-privilege access
Deploy and maintain observability stacks for monitoring, alerting, and incident response automation
Participate in on-call rotation, lead incident retrospectives, and document compliance evidence for audits
