Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Project Management Specialist/System Administrator to lead project management tool administration and optimization for the Surgical Operating Unit. This onsite role combines systems administration, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to support project execution in a regulated medical device environment across three U.S. locations.

What you'll be doing
- Configure, administer, and deploy project management tools including ResourceFirst, Prochain Fusion, and Microsoft Project
- Develop project schedules, dashboards, metrics, and status reports for visibility into performance and resource utilization
- Identify project risks, issues, and process gaps; implement solutions to support schedule and quality objectives
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption initiatives for project management systems and process enhancements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate needs, define requirements, and implement system improvements
