What you'll be doing

Provide onsite and remote instrument integration, training, and troubleshooting support to Core Lab customers
Conduct customer entrance and exit interviews to assess needs, verify expectations, and confirm satisfaction
Investigate technical problems, diagnose root causes, and document findings in complaint handling systems
Assist customers with regulatory requirements, validation processes, and customized training programs
Manage reagent utilization decisions and product replacement options with budget and customer impact considerations
