What you'll be doing

Lead customer intake and project scoping, translating complex customer objectives into optimized NGS service workflows
Manage end-to-end project coordination from intake through delivery, serving as central hub across lab operations, bioinformatics, sales, and customers
Prepare project quotes and maintain documentation database for quotations, NDAs, purchase orders, and statements of work
Drive process optimization and scalability improvements across the intake-to-delivery lifecycle
Provide technical and project leadership to coordinators and cross-functional partners supporting the NGS service lab
