What you'll be doing

Execute NGS library preparation, target enrichment, and sequencing protocols according to established standards
Perform molecular biology techniques including PCR, qPCR, DNA quantification, and purification
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including liquid handling robots and sequencing platforms
Track samples and projects while maintaining accurate documentation and batch records
Troubleshoot experimental and equipment issues to ensure workflow continuity

Compensation$116,000–$135,000 USD base
