Role summary
Merck seeks an experienced Team Lead to oversee pharmaceutical compounding production operations at the Unterschleissheim facility. The role combines operational management with strategic responsibility, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards while meeting production targets.

- Completed degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or technical field or equivalent qualification

- Fluent German and English with strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Experience with digital tools, ERP systems, and shopfloor-oriented continuous improvement
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop team members through feedback, coaching, and individual development plans
- Ensure efficient production operations and achievement of quality, delivery, and productivity metrics
- Maintain compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements across the compounding lines
- Drive process improvements and continuous improvement culture; represent area in audits and inspections
- Participate in budget planning, resource management, and strategic development of the production area
