  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows in collaboration with Quality and Engineering
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily production activities and maintain optimal cost-benefit ratios
Compensation$29.74–$39.66 hourly
