- Coordinate daily production activities and allocate tasks aligned with approved production plans
- Supervise production personnel to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, EHS, and quality standards
- Train, onboard, and qualify new team members on production procedures and best practices
- Monitor production progress, maintain workflow continuity, and identify operational bottlenecks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, consistency, and quality
