What you'll be doing
- Execute manufacturing tasks per Standard Operating Procedures and batch records with GMP compliance
- Train and mentor less-experienced colleagues on operational procedures and problem-solving
- Identify process improvements and non-routine issues; troubleshoot equipment and operations
- Maintain safety-oriented environment, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical input on equipment installation, startup, and troubleshooting for new products
Compensation$23.40-$39.01 per hour, plus overtime and shift premium eligibility
