Role summary

- Fluent German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven experience managing supervisors and large organizational units
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and develop high-performing teams

- Manage direct reports and foster a performance-oriented, appreciative team culture
- Ensure stable, efficient, GMP-compliant production meeting quality, delivery, productivity and safety standards
- Guide organizational change processes and continuously improve structures, processes and accountability
- Maintain compliance with GMP, quality, compliance and EHS requirements; advance safety culture
