Role summary

- 5+ years applying reliability tools and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance strategies and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in English; ability to work with technical personnel
What you'll be doing
- Lead equipment reliability engineers, controls technicians, vision technicians, and machine designers to achieve reliability objectives
- Develop and implement site-wide reliability-centered maintenance strategy to eliminate repetitive breakdowns and reduce costs
- Monitor and control Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), failure trends, and maintenance costs
- Partner with Product Line and Preventive Maintenance teams on high-complexity diagnostics and root-cause investigations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including spare parts cost reduction and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) implementation
