  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry best practices and ability to work in fast-paced environments

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define search parameters, and provide market insights guiding recruitment strategies
  • Identify talent-rich sourcing grounds, build candidate pipelines, and develop specialized sourcing strategies for diverse qualified candidates
  • Screen and disposition applicant resumes, interview candidates, and facilitate selection decision processes in timely manner
  • Ensure recruitment efforts maintain compliance with policies, legislation, and best practices; partner on offer negotiations and approvals
  • Develop and enhance recruiting programs including employee referral initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and interviewer training
