What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop staff; maintain floor presence to support escalations and remove barriers
- Own end-to-end resolution of problem specimens with accurate documentation and timely completion
- Prioritize and manage high volumes of issues; serve as resource for field and internal teams
- Analyze issue trends, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards
Compensation$60,000-$80,000 base
