Role summary
Illumina seeks a leader to drive artificial intelligence integration across supply chain operations. This role focuses on identifying and implementing AI solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making within the supply chain function.

- Technical fluency leading teams in automation development, AI engineering, or low-code platforms
- Experience with RPA, LLMs, orchestration tools, or process mining platforms
- Project portfolio management and agile solution delivery lifecycle experience
What you'll be doing
- Partner with supply chain leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and build demand pipeline
- Execute RPA, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions with intake, scoping, and sprint planning oversight
- Design and deploy training programs to accelerate AI literacy and adoption across operations
- Drive change management plans ensuring stakeholder engagement and measure adoption metrics
- Contribute to global operations AI roadmap and serve as enterprise AI adoption champion
