Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to establish and oversee quality assurance programs for external manufacturers within the MedTech division. The role involves managing supplier compliance, driving continuous improvement, and leading a quality-focused team across multiple U.S. locations.

- Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation of supplier quality processes and systems
- Provide technical quality leadership for nonconformance management, investigations, and change management
- Develop and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and training programs
