- Oversee performance and quality of Clinical Pharmacology CROs and laboratory suppliers
- Facilitate governance meetings, monitor key performance indicators, and manage supplier issues
- Support evaluation, selection, and startup of suppliers for clinical trial programs
- Lead proactive supplier risk management at portfolio and study levels
- Mentor and manage performance of direct reports while driving process improvements
