What you'll be doing

Lead new mold development, design reviews, and production launches while managing mold lifecycle and preventive improvements
Drive analysis and resolution of complex injection molding quality issues and major customer complaints
Establish injection molding process standards, optimize parameters, improve process capability (CPK), and standardize best practices
Support equipment failure analysis, capability enhancement, and technical specification development for critical equipment
Lead quality and cost optimization projects, maintain technical knowledge databases, and mentor process engineers in capability development
