What you'll be doing

Supervise, coach, and develop assigned team of pharmacy promoters
Monitor and ensure correct execution of promotional activities in pharmacies and retail locations
Conduct field visits to assess team performance and provide ongoing coaching
Design and track work routes, performance indicators, and action plans
Manage relationships with pharmacy managers, store supervisors, and key accounts
