What you'll be doing
- Provide expert medical input on cell-therapy and immunotherapy assets; lead study design, delivery, and interpretation through pivotal phases
- Assess causality, severity, and benefit-risk for safety events; own clinical data review and safety monitoring including SAEs and SUSARs
- Represent studies at Safety Review Committee, IDMC/DMC, and internal governance; adjudicate complex clinical cases
- Support clinical development strategy from target identification through late phase with cross-functional alignment
- Provide clinical expertise to research, pharmacology, regulatory, biostatistics, and commercial colleagues; contribute medical content to regulatory documents
