Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Partner with sales team to demonstrate and educate customers on Smart Care solutions
- Work with customer IT teams to explain deployment methodologies and technical requirements
- Assess customer network infrastructure using Ekahau AI Pro, Omnipeek, and Wireshark tools
- Design Smart Care architecture and prepare infrastructure assessment reports for professional services
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and IT questionnaires; participate in industry events and conferences
