- Familiarity with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter or SAP PLM
What you'll be doing
- Lead and optimize end-to-end PLM operational processes across product development and lifecycle governance
- Establish PLM standards, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness across the enterprise
- Drive data governance and master data quality improvements through complex issue resolution
- Define and manage operational KPIs, SLAs, dashboards for business decision-making
- Mentor junior team members and delegate projects to accelerate their capability development
