  • Design, develop, and optimize electronic systems for mass spectrometry and SEM products across new development and enhancement initiatives
  • Own key hardware subsystems including analog front-end, RF, detector, high-voltage, and embedded control circuits
  • Execute system architecture definition, schematic development, PCB review, debugging, and product validation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement via root cause analysis, reliability enhancement, and cost optimization efforts
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and technology roadmaps
