Own technical performance and results of transformational projects across site
Evaluate and prioritize CI portfolio against strategic goals; manage significant initiatives
Track and report CI initiative impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People metrics
Facilitate cross-functional Kaizens and structured problem-solving to eliminate waste
Develop CI systems, tools, training and manage deployment across organization

Compensation€63,200-€120,700 annually
