Role summary

What you'll be doing

- Plan and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance using CMMS systems
- Develop and maintain PM/PdM programs compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and GMPs
- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and reliability; conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements
- Manage maintenance budgets, equipment expenditures, and staffing including hiring and performance management
