Role summary

- Drive product leadership for multi-year platform program including strategy, analysis, and requirements definition
- Gather market input on workflow needs, competitive trends, and ecosystem dynamics to inform design decisions
- Represent customer voice on development team, advocating for needs and ensuring trade-off impact assessment
- Engage directly with genome centers, clinical labs, research institutes to inform product strategy development
- Partner with R&D to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
