Role summary
Senior Specialist supporting user research and human factors studies across product development at a medical device company. This operations-focused role coordinates study logistics, manages research facilities, and synthesizes findings to inform product design decisions.

- Execute user research studies including usability testing, interviews, observational research, and simulations
- Coordinate study logistics including participant recruitment, scheduling, site management, and communications
- Prepare materials, facilitate sessions, manage recordings, and maintain accurate research documentation
- Collect, organize, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
- Maintain research facilities, equipment, and digital tools; drive process improvements and standardization
