What they're looking for
- Doctor's degree with 2+ years sales/account management experience, OR Master's with 4+ years, OR Bachelor's with 6+ years
- 3+ years account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred
- Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes highly preferred
- Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and DRG reimbursement systems
- Understanding of Medicare, CMS policies, and payor systems
- Familiarity with community cardiology practice trends and inpatient/outpatient management protocols
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to cardiovascular business unit objectives and institutional needs
- Serve as primary strategic lead for assigned key healthcare systems and complex partner organizations
- Meet regularly with opinion leaders in cardiology, pharmacy, and P&T committees to drive product access and utilization
- Coordinate pull-through initiatives across field teams and monitor account performance against market dynamics
- Collaborate with internal matrix teams and access specialists to arrange approved programs and resolve payor-related issues
