Role summary

- Project Management (PMP) or clinical research certification (CCRP, CCRA, CCRN) preferred

- Oversee research activities and coordinate with external collaborators and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with protocols, IRB policies, GCP standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional research teams and deliver outcomes aligned with study plans
- Develop and maintain research documentation, protocols, consent forms, and regulatory records
- Negotiate budgets and contracts with external partners; facilitate monitoring visits and audits
