Bachelor's degree in automation, engineering, computer science, or related field
5 years with manufacturing systems, pilot plant automation, DeltaV, DCS, PLC, SCADA, or PI Historian
4 years hands-on experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI, SCADA, OT cybersecurity, or MES
4 years with VMware, virtualized OT environments, DeltaV, PI Historian, and regulated computer systems
4 years with industrial networking, switches, VLANs, firewalls, Active Directory, and OT segmentation
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management in industrial control systems
Experience leading multiple IT/OT infrastructure and system integration projects

What you'll be doing

Optimize IT/OT infrastructure by identifying gaps, technology refresh opportunities, and efficiency improvements
Build and maintain secure OT infrastructure for GMP manufacturing and pilot plant operations
Lead project scoping, technical requirements, and automation infrastructure solutions with cross-functional partners
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for automation and control systems
Collaborate with R&D scientists and equipment vendors to evaluate and implement plant automation technologies
