Role summary
Illumina is hiring a Senior Sequencing Sales Specialist for two locations. The role focuses on selling sequencing solutions and building customer relationships within the life-science market. What you'll be doing
- Support account managers and district sales manager in achieving regional revenue objectives
- Develop customized territory plans including target markets, strategy, and customer acquisition tactics
- Present technical seminars on sequencing product lines and applications to customers
- Build long-term customer relationships as trusted consultant and subject matter expert
- Train sales team on technical, product, method, and application information
