- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute experiments for MS sample preparation and proteomics workflow development
- Develop, optimize, and evaluate automated and high-throughput sample preparation workflows
- Analyze MS data and assess workflow performance using quantitative proteomics approaches
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and improve workflow sensitivity, robustness, and throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare technical documentation and presentations
Compensation$83,300–$138,900 base
