  • Experience with LC-MS-based proteomics data acquisition and/or analysis
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming tools for scientific data analysis
  • Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, and scientific problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in multidisciplinary teams

What you'll be doing

  • Design and execute experiments for MS sample preparation and proteomics workflow development
  • Develop, optimize, and evaluate automated and high-throughput sample preparation workflows
  • Analyze MS data and assess workflow performance using quantitative proteomics approaches
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and improve workflow sensitivity, robustness, and throughput
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare technical documentation and presentations
Compensation$83,300–$138,900 base
