Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Illumina sequencers including MiSeq, NextSeq, and NovaSeq platforms
Execute single-cell genomics workflows and perform quality control on input material and libraries
Develop and optimize NGS protocols and support scaling of automated or high-throughput sequencing pipelines
Maintain detailed electronic lab notebook records and communicate experimental progress to broader teams
