Role summary
Abbott seeks a Senior Screening Solutions Specialist to drive Cologuard product adoption in medical practices across the New Braunfels, TX territory. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business management, marketing, science, or related field, or 4 years relevant experience
- 2+ years sales, inside sales, or account management experience; or 1+ years sales plus 1+ years healthcare experience; or active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions, revocations, or invalidity
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within last 36 months
- No alcohol or drug-related driving incidents in last 36 months
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report check with no unacceptable liability exposure
What you'll be doing
- Generate market insights and identify care enhancement opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and account administrators to understand clinical needs
- Develop and implement account and business plans to drive Cologuard adoption and product growth
- Educate physicians and stakeholders on product value propositions using clinical evidence and approved materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and sales operations on strategy execution
