- Serve as subject-matter expert on ionizable lipid chemistry and tissue-selective mRNA delivery
- Drive design, sourcing, synthesis, and evaluation of ionizable lipids and lipid libraries
- Design and optimize mRNA-LNP formulations and targeted architectures for project needs
- Execute high-throughput screening campaigns to evaluate transfection, cellular tropism, and immune activation
- Establish LNP characterization workflows and quality control assays for discovery stage
