Abbott seeks a Senior Program Specialist to support the design and implementation of Supplier Excellence programs across Latin America. Capability-building and training program management experience
Learning Management System administration experience
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; working knowledge of SAP R/3
Advanced English proficiency; additional languages preferred

What you'll be doing

Design, implement, and optimize Supplier Excellence programs supporting LATAM strategy and objectives
Plan and execute strategic supplier base programs including re-engineering initiatives across regions
Develop and maintain supplier relationship experience roadmap aligned with Division expectations
Coordinate quarterly release content and training requirements with Global Division teams
Create, implement, and manage training courses and materials; administer Learning Management System
