Role summary
Baxter seeks a Senior Demand Planner to develop and maintain forecasting models for China and Taiwan markets. - APICS certification preferred
- Established cross-functional relationships in commercial, finance, and supply chain
What you'll be doing
- Lead biweekly funnel reviews and order tracking updates with commercial teams across China and Taiwan
- Develop and refine statistical forecast models incorporating market intelligence and demand drivers
- Submit and manage monthly demand rolling forecasts in system; coordinate mid-month adjustments with network planners
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and variance; identify and implement model improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain on new product launches and portfolio changes
