Role summary

ResMed seeks a Senior Supplier Engineer to lead new product introduction activities in Singapore, providing technical leadership in supplier selection, manufacturing process development, and production readiness. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline
8+ years in supplier engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or NPI
Proven experience in new product launches, technology development, supplier relationship management
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and Design for Manufacturability
Proficiency in engineering drawings, metrology techniques, and data-driven problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and build capability in cross-functional teams
Experience in medical device, regulated, or high-volume manufacturing environments (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Provide technical leadership in supplier selection, industrialization, and process validation throughout product development lifecycle
Lead supplier industrialization, manufacturing qualification, and production readiness activities for successful commercialization
Conduct technical reviews of supplier manufacturing solutions including tooling, automation, and production systems
Drive Design for Manufacturability reviews and assessments to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost
Mentor Supplier Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of supplier engineering capabilities and processes
