What you'll be doing

Translate user challenges into detailed user stories, requirements, defect reports, and supporting documentation
Evaluate technical feasibility and procedural compliance of requests before backlog acceptance
Set priorities, define scope, and communicate roadmap vision to distributed developers and stakeholders
Partner with technical and business teams to analyze root causes and develop holistic solutions
Serve as primary spokesperson to business users regarding system status, issues, and escalations
