Role summary
Senior Medical Technologist at Q2 Solutions, a clinical trial laboratory services organization, will oversee daily technical operations, manage and train laboratory staff, and ensure accurate and timely specimen analysis while maintaining compliance with clinical trial standards and regulatory requirements.

- Train new and existing Medical/Histology Technologists and Technicians on proper techniques
- Maintain quality control of laboratory testing and document corrective actions
- Perform complex specimen analysis and evaluate validity of results per established protocols
- Assist management with method development, validation packages, and instrumentation selection
