Role summary
Abbott seeks a Senior Clinical Lab Associate for specimen processing operations in Madison. This role manages daily department functions including workflow leadership, automation support, sample problem resolution, and team coordination within a Saturday-Monday, 6am-6:30pm shift.

What you'll be doing
- Lead specimen processing workflow, automation troubleshooting, and advanced sample problem resolution
- Conduct sample storage audits, automation maintenance, and monitor production reports against goals
- Support standard operating procedure development, team meetings, and employee feedback
- Maintain quality management compliance, documentation practices, and Good Documentation Practices
- Assist clinical lab training department with material review and competency training delivery
