What you'll be doing

Coordinate PWO picking activities and ensure timely material delivery to production lines
Oversee and perform picking operations while ensuring GMP compliance and safety
Coach team members and mentor temporary or flexible workers on shop floor
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse processes
Lead shift huddles, handovers, and collaborate with peers to resolve operational issues
