Senior Manufacturing Technician responsible for producing Batepure/IPC media stock on second shift while maintaining GMP compliance, quality standards, and safety protocols. What you'll be doing

Operate production lines according to GMP protocols, manufacturing clearances, and work instructions
Conduct quality testing including freeness, pH, slurry temperature, airflow, and tensile strength; document results accurately
Perform routine equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and preventive tank cleanings
Complete production and quality documentation, maintain recordkeeping integrity, and ensure regulatory compliance
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, hazards, and support continuous improvement initiatives
