Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager of Service Sales Enablement for its MedTech Surgery business to design and operate the commercial infrastructure supporting service sales. - Define KPI methodology, build dashboards, and establish forecasting infrastructure for the sales organization
- Operationalize commercial policies, pricing guardrails, and contracting workflows to ensure consistent execution
