Role summary
Senior Manager of Learning & Performance for Amgen's Rare Disease Business Unit, leading training strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS brand while supporting pre-launch readiness for dazodalibep. This US-remote role reports to the Senior Director of Learning & Performance and involves cross-functional collaboration with brand, medical, marketing, and commercial teams.

- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and vendor management
- Demonstrated success leading multiple strategic initiatives in matrixed environments
- Experience supporting commercial product launches and pre-launch planning activities
- Proficiency developing launch learning strategies and curriculum roadmaps
What you'll be doing
- Drive Learning & Performance strategy and execution for TAVNEOS, including onboarding, field learning, and sales capability initiatives
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Medical, and Commercial teams on dazodalibep launch readiness and pre-launch learning strategy
- Build and scale sales capability initiatives that improve field effectiveness and accelerate business results
- Develop DAZ launch learning plans, curriculum strategy, resource planning, and key launch milestones
- Provide leadership and coaching on Learning & Performance initiatives with opportunity for direct staff management
