Eight or more years in manufacturing technology, operational technology, engineering, IT, or complex manufacturing environments
Three or more years leading cross-functional programs or projects across multiple functions or sites
Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, industrial infrastructure, computerized systems, and industrial networks
Experience partnering on IT/OT cybersecurity, compliance, network segmentation, and computerized system validation
Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and communicate with senior leadership

What you'll be doing

Lead strategic OT and manufacturing technology programs across global sites, driving reliability, security, compliance improvements
Manage complex cross-functional programs involving OT infrastructure, industrial networks, cybersecurity, and system modernization
Establish program governance, project plans, resource requirements, risk strategies, and executive communications
Serve as primary Operations liaison with IT and Cybersecurity teams on technical solutions and manufacturing continuity
Apply Danaher Business System and Lean principles to standardize technology practices and improve program execution
